About BYGEN
An AI agency for the
era of noise.
BYGEN builds AI systems that ship to production — autonomous content engines, custom multi-agent infrastructure, and workflow automation that takes operational overhead off your team. We work with founders, marketing leaders, and ops teams who need AI to be infrastructure, not theatre.

About the founder
From Olympic discipline
to AI infrastructure.
I'm Richard Bohus — a three-time Olympian who took the same discipline that carried me to three Games and pointed it at a different arena: building AI infrastructure for brands in the AI era.
Professional sport teaches a specific work ethic — clear targets, daily reps, and the willingness to iterate long after the novelty wears off. That same mindset is what I bring to AI: not chasing every model release, but stress-testing what actually ships and compounds for the team using it.
Over the past few years I've worked alongside leading AI agencies — shipping content engines and automation systems behind brands like Meta, Deel, Morphe, and im8. BYGEN is what I built to bring that same standard — Olympic-grade focus on what works — directly to founders without the agency middle layer.
What we do
We build,
we don't demo.
Our work spans two pillars: AI Content That Scales — autonomous publishing systems for SEO, social, and thought leadership — and AI Systems — custom multi-agent infrastructure built on cutting-edge tech.
Every engagement ends with a measurable change in throughput or cost — not a slide deck. We've shipped content pipelines that publish autonomously, campaign engines that run without manual production, and workflow automation that collapses operational hours into minutes.
We don't do strategy decks, AI roadmaps, or proof-of-concepts that never leave a sandbox. If it doesn't run in production after we're done, we haven't finished the job.
How we think
Signal,
not noise.
Over 200 AI tools launch every week. Most won't matter. We test, break, and benchmark the ones that do — so the system we build for you is assembled from what actually works, not what's trending on X this morning.
We ship with cutting-edge tech we've stress-tested in production — the right reasoning model, the right orchestration layer, the right voice, video, and memory pieces for the job. We optimise for price, durability, and avoiding lock-in — and we tell clients when the stack should change.
How we work
Discover.
Build. Ship.
- 01
Discovery call
We map your operating system: where work gets done, where it stalls, which workflows are repeatable. No deck — just a conversation about the actual bottlenecks.
- 02
System proposal
We propose a concrete system — tools, workflows, ownership — and prototype against your real data within the first week. If the prototype doesn't earn the build, we don't charge for it.
- 03
Production build
Two-week iterations. We ship into your stack with observability, error handling, and a runbook from day one — so the system survives contact with reality.
- 04
Ongoing partnership
Most AI projects fail in production, not in development. We stay engaged for maintenance, model upgrades, and stack changes — treating uptime as a deliverable.
